Program Overview
The Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) assists low-income individuals and families with the cost of heating their homes during the winter season. The program is funded through the US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and monitored by the Commonwealth's Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) and implemented by GLCAC, Inc.
