| Lawrence PARENT CHILD HOME PROGRAM | Referral can be made by anyone.
Families with children between ages of 18 months-3 years old, living in
Lawrence who meet 2 or more of the following criteria:

| Joint Family Support Program PARENT CHILD HOME PROGRAM | This model of the Parent Child Home Program serves families with a
child between the ages of 18 months and 3 years old whose family is
presently homeless or borderline homeless. The PCHP definition of
homeless includes but is not limited to living in a shelter or over
crowded living conditions (living with 2, 3 or more families in one household).
