Eligibility
Parent Aide Program Referrals can be made by organizations, friends or family. The program is free with no income guidelines.
Family Preservation and Support Program Must be referred by the Department of Social Services
New Hampshire Family Support Program Referral from New Hampshire Mentor Program Predominantly New Hampshire Residents
Parent Education Program Must be referred By Department of Social Services
Lawrence PARENT CHILD HOME PROGRAM Referral can be made by anyone. Families with children between ages of 18 months-3 years old, living in Lawrence who meet 2 or more of the following criteria:
  • child with limited language skills
  • Families that have no adult living in the home who speaks English or speaks limited English
  • Teen Parents with child 18 months to 3 years old
  • Parents who have not graduated from High School
  • Parent has a history of physical/substance abuse
  • Family includes a special needs child
  • Eligible for public assistance (DTA, Food Stamps, housing)
Joint Family Support Program PARENT CHILD HOME PROGRAM This model of the Parent Child Home Program serves families with a child between the ages of 18 months and 3 years old whose family is presently homeless or borderline homeless. The PCHP definition of homeless includes but is not limited to living in a shelter or over crowded living conditions (living with 2, 3 or more families in one household).

Families must live in Lawrence or Methuen
